What we collect

When you register a player, we ask for the player's name and age, the division you choose, and a parent or guardian's name, email and phone number. Anything extra — experience level, teammate requests, medical notes — is optional and only used to place your player well and keep them safe.

How we use it

• Building team rosters and practice schedules.
• Contacting families about games, weather changes and league news.
• Coordinating safety information with coaches and field staff.

What we never do

We never sell, rent or share family information with advertisers or third parties. Photos from games appear on this site only with a parent's permission.

To review or remove your family's information, reply to any league email or use the registration form and we will take care of it.
