Registration & fees

Season fees run $75–$150 per player depending on division, due when your registration is confirmed. Financial assistance covers any family that needs it — no player is turned away for cost.

Refunds

Full refunds are available until team placements go out in late March. After Opening Day, refunds are considered case by case, including for season-ending injuries.

Weather & cancellations

Games cancelled for weather are rescheduled where the calendar allows. Families are notified by email, and the timeline on the home page always shows the current plan.

Conduct

• Every child plays in every game — no exceptions, no benchwarmers.
• Cheer for every kid on the field, including the other team.
• Leave the coaching to the coaches and the calls to the umpires.
• All coaches and volunteers pass a background check every year.

Equipment

The league provides gloves, helmets and bats for every division. Players bring cleats and a water bottle.
